Career
Since her professional beginnings in Sebastian, her focus has been on team development, with a pioneering programme focused on leadership, in order to obtain high performance teams. Her travels throughout Spain led her to gain a deep understanding of the reality of companies and how to transform them.
In 2002, she started a new project at I.C.O.N. with the Mastery programme, focused on developing leaders. Transforming how they relate to their teams, with a very personal and direct approach. Achieving committed, motivated and effective teams.
In 2008 she began a new adventure at Loida Imagen Contemporánea, as corporate head of education, a project of which she is particularly proud.
Hundreds of teams throughout these 3 decades have been trained in her seminars, programmes and conferences, under the umbrella of the most relevant companies in the sector: Sebastian, I.C.O.N, Kerastase, Redken, etc. And now with intrategia she takes on a project that encompasses everything she believes in and is valuable for the sector with Intrategia.
