About Lois

Taking as a reference and life perspective a broad acceptance, motivation and validation of the continuous process of being a person, the intention that defines her work throughout her professional experience is to accompany the individual who seeks to expand their individual knowledge through an active, humane, objective, empathic and warm listening. Emphasising the uniqueness that exists in each being, the practice she encourages is to guide the identification of concepts incorporated as vital orientations and personal meaning, which will allow the construction and adaptation of the current belief systems to be developed in the situations that currently arise.
In turn, those skills and assets acquired throughout development will be taken as a focus of power to continue evolving and even integrating from the most intimate of internal reality, as well as in the social and work environment in which we are inherently linked. This is how the intervention that she carries out goes from the legitimisation of everyday life with each of its particularities, and according to the specific requirement, to progressively address and harmonise the vital situation that is being experienced.
Recognised as a professional in continuous training, after graduating in psychology and applying her knowledge in social, educational and mental health institutions in her native country, she decided to work in Spain. Recognised as a professional in continuous training, after graduating in psychology and applying her knowledge in social, educational and mental health institutions in her native country, she decided to work in Spain. She decided to do a Master in Clinical and Health Psychology with a Cognitive-Behavioural approach in Spain, which allowed her to become a therapist in an integral psychology centre in Madrid, for the treatment of disorders, emotional processes, anxiety, depression, phobias, sexual problems, family therapies, couple therapies and group dynamics.
She also continued her studies in psychoanalysis and other more updated theoretical currents related to third generation therapies, acquiring skills that allow her to approach and contact with efficiency and responsibility with those who come to her sessions. Since then, her virtual and face-to-face practice seeks to reduce the difficulties presented, bearing in mind that within the constant variations, the therapeutic process is based on awareness, acceptance and restructuring.
